PASIR GUDANG: The Johor Real Property and Housing Board Bill – which was passed by the state legislative assembly on June 9 – will come into force next year.
Mentri Besar Datuk Mohamed Khaled Nordin said the state government hoped to present the Bill to Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar by the end of the year for his consent and approval.
