Fishermen spot debris in India


PETALING JAYA: Pieces of what is suspected to be an aircraft have been washed up on India’s eastern coast in the state of Andhra Pradesh, a Telugu television channel reported.

Fishermen who saw them floating at Kutta Gouduru beach in Nellore district in southern Andhra, informed the police, said the India Today news daily.

However, there was no confirmation if the objects were indeed pieces of an aircraft.
