VMY unaffected by 'setbacks'

KUALA LUMPUR: Programmes for Visit Malaysia Year 2014 will go on as planned despite “setbacks” such as the missing Malaysia Airlines MH370 plane and the deaths from drug overdose at the Future Music Festival Asia 2014.

VMY 2014 secretariat general manager Nor Yahati Awang said the tourism industry is sensitive and such incidents were rather unfortunate.
