PUCHONG: Chinese voters in Kajang are not after handouts but want to see real improvements to their lives, said MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
He said members of the community in Kajang did not ask for allocations and MCA was also not offering them “sweets” in exchange for their votes for the by-election.
