BUTTERWORTH: A baby boy with its umbillical cord still attached was found abandoned outside the house of a 29-year-old woman in Taman Inderawasih, Perai here.
Seberang Perai Tengah district police chief ACP Azman Abd Lah said the woman was hanging up laundry to dry, at the front of her home at around 9 pm last night when she heard the wail of a baby.
