LANGKAWI: A Spanish tourist who planned to holiday in Langkawi for a month has been forced to postpone his plans after he became victim of a hit and run accident outside an entertainment centre last Friday.
Frank Hernandez, 21, was waiting for a taxi to return to his hotel after emerging from the centre about 3am, when a speeding car struck him down.
