Security guard accidentally discharges pump gun in jewellery shop

GEORGE TOWN: An armed security guard accidentally fired a pump gun into the ground at a gold and jewellery shop in Penang Road on Sunday.

As a result, the bullet's shrapnel splattered across the nearby cabinet.
