Malaysia Airports advises travellers to plan ahead amid high car park occupancy

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia Airports has advised travellers to plan ahead following high occupancy at its short-term car parks during the long holiday period.

In a Facebook post, Malaysia Airports said traffic marshals would direct motorists to the next available parking area should a car park reach full capacity.

"Passengers with pre-booked parking may proceed to enter as usual," it added.

The airport operator also encouraged passengers to check parking availability through its online booking portal at parking.malaysiaairports.com.my before heading to the airport to help ease congestion and ensure a smoother journey.

Malaysia Airports also expressed appreciation for the public’s patience and understanding during the busy holiday period. - Bernama
