BESUT: Kuala Besut by-election candidate Tengku Zaihan Che Ku Rahman is confident of improving Barisan Nasional’s majority in the last election.
The 37-year-old former engineer with the Drainage and Irrigation Department in Besut said that feedback from the ground during his campaign trail was positive and encouraging.
