KOTA BARU: PAS vice-president Datuk Husam Musa was released upon the expiry of his two-day remand under Section 4 (1)(b) of the Sedition Act 1948 for his alleged 'mati syahid' (martyr death) statement.
Magistrate Nik Habri Muhamad ordered Husam to be released on RM3,000 bail with one surety in a proceeding held at the Kota Baru police headquarters which served as a temporary Magistrate's Court.
