GEORGE TOWN: Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng announced a minor reshuffle in the state exco, including merging the responsibilities for Arts, Culture and Heritage under a single state committee that he will head.
State executive councillors Chong Eng and Danny Law had respectively headed the state Arts and Culture committees when they were sworn in on May 9.
