KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Wan Nor Azlin Wan Mohd Husain failed in her bid to strike out a claim by her father against her over vacant possession of a terrace house in Taman Sri Keramat.
High Court judge Justice Rosilah Yop dismissed the application after ruling that the civil court had jurisdiction to hear the matter.
