KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Wan Nor Azlin Wan Mohd Husain is being sued by her father Wan Mohd Husain Wan Ibrahim over vacant possession of a terrace house in Taman Sri Keramat.
However, the 45-year-old award-winning actress applied on March 21 to strike out the claim. High Court judge Justice Rosilah Yop set May 31 to deliver her decision and ordered the actress to file her defence statement by today.
