NILAI: It was no bed of roses for a syndicate which tried to smuggle 73kg of syabu worth RM14mil that was hidden in boxes containing the flowers.
The syndicate, which flew in the flowers from Bangalore, India, had declared the consignment as fresh roses but the paperwork was not in order.
