PETALING JAYA: A power blackout followed by a minor fire at the 1 Utama shopping mall here Sunday night caused some panic among shoppers, although no one was injured in the incidents.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Mohd Sani Harul said they received a report about a minor fire at 1 Utama around 9pm.
