GEORGE TOWN: Political secretary Ng Wei Aik who reportedly told the Barisan Nasional that the local council would not issue any permit to the party during the general election, has retracted his warning.
The political aide to Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng retracted the statement following orders from his boss.
