GEORGE TOWN: Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha urged used car dealers to adopt the 'e-tukar milik sementara' system in which the ownership is transferred to used car dealers.
He said Thursday that the system, which was implemented in December last year, had received encouraging response.
