KUALA LUMPUR: A planned rally by a group of undergraduates in the city centre fizzled out due to a downpour.
Led by Movement for Academic Freedom (Bebas) president Muhammad Safwan Anang, the 20-member group staged a noisy demonstration outside the PAS headquarters in Jalan Raja Laut.
