THE Dewan Rakyat passed the Peaceful Assembly Bill to regulate public gatherings amid salvoes from activists and opposition leaders.
The Bill was passed before Deputy Speaker Wan Junaid Tuanku Jaafar with no dissenting votes after the entire Opposition bench walked out of the House.
