Veteran singer Hasnah dies at 64

JOHOR BARU: Veteran singer Hasnah Haron who had been suffering from cervical cancer died at the Sultan Ismail Hospital here yesterday.

The 64-year-old singer who was popular in the 1960s and 1970s with her hit songs Bersedih, Sabar Menanti and Siti Zubaidah, was hospitalised last Wednesday after having breathing difficulty.
