Ex-Alcatel exec charged with graft

KUALA LUMPUR: A former regional customer account leader of Alcatel Network (M) Sdn Bhd has claimed trial to bribing a Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) assistant manager.

Radziah Ani, 49, had allegedly given a RM25,000 cheque dated Feb 15, 2006, to assistant manager Mohd Asri Idris, 42, as payment to supply information on a tender.
