Rep wins suit against Hee


IPOH: Aulong assemblyman Yew Tian Hoe won a High Court ruling against Jelapang assemblywoman Datuk Hee Yit Foong (pic) for using a pepper spray against him during the chaotic Perak legislative assembly on May 7, 2009.

The court yesterday also granted Yew an injunction to restrain Hee, who is now Perak deputy speaker, from abusing him or battering him in future.
