IPOH: Perak MCA will submit a comprehensive memorandum reflecting the long-term interest of residents to the state government on the Ipoh Draft Local Plan 2020.
Its Chinese Guilds and Associations Bureau chairman Datuk Yik Phooi Hong said the memorandum would take into consideration input from people of all walks of life, including hawkers and businessmen, and experts like town planners and engineers.
