KUALA LUMPUR: High Court judge Justice Ghazali Cha has maintained the RM2,000 fine imposed on Batu MP Tian Chua for biting a policeman and confirmed that he did not want a by-election to occur as a result of his ruling.
The judge met Tian Chua’s lawyers and the prosecution in his chambers yesterday to clarify his decision on June 17.
