PKA now requires contract bidders to sign integrity pact


PUTRAJAYA: The Port Klang Authority is the first government agency to have bidders for its contracts sign an integrity pact against corruption-related activities in the procurement process.

PKA signed separate statutory declarations Friday as part of the pact with six firms bidding for tenders for the Jalan Parang upgrading and the Port Klang Master Plan study projects being undertaken by the authority.
