KUALA LUMPUR: Umno has succeeded in setting aside a default judgment obtained by a merchandise supplier against the party in relation to the provision of RM218mil worth of election merchandise.
The order to set aside was granted by High Court deputy registrar Ahmad Faizadh Yahaya in chambers.
