Former judge Min Tat dies

PENANG: Retired Federal Court judge Tan Sri Michael Chang Min Tat died at his home in Lebuhraya Rose, Pulau Tikus, at 10.30am yesterday. He was 91.

Chang, who was born on April 2, 1916, studied at St Michael’s Institution in Ipoh.
