MALACCA: The decades-old Batu Berendam airport is taking on a new look – but part of history will be lost. 

Soon gone: The 55-year-old air traffic control tower at the BatuBerendam airport in Malacca is set to be demolished to make way foran extended runway as part of an expansion project.
