Why UEM picked for Penang’s second bridge

UEM Bhd was picked as the main contractor for the second bridge project in Penang because it can carry out major projects with high technical expertise.

Deputy Works Minister Datuk Mohd Zin Mohamad said another reason was that UEM's subsidiary Penang Bridge Sdn Bhd (PBSB) holds the concessionaire for the present bridge.
