IPOH: The state assembly has appointed Perak MCA Wanita deputy chief Heng Seai Kie (pic) as senator. The 44-year-old lecturer will serve a three-year term effective next month.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Tajol Rosli Ghazali proposed the appointment while Datuk Chang Ko Youn (BN – Jalong) seconded.
