Shaolin masters here to impart qi gong skills

PETALING JAYA: Shaolin masters from China will be here later this month for a series of workshops to guide Malaysians on the rudiments of a healthy lifestyle through qi gong – the art of attaining physical and spiritual well-being through breathing and wushu exercises. 

Masters Wong Yu-Ren, 30, and Jiang Dongxu, 35, who have practised the art since young at Mount Songshan, Henan, will help participants discover the secrets to better health with qi gong through eight workshops, which start on Aug 26 and continues every weekend until Sept 17.
