KUALA LUMPUR: Negotiations with independent power producers (IPPs) to reduce the capacity reserves that they sell to Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) will take longer than expected, said Energy, Water and Communications Minister Datuk Seri Lim Keng Yaik.
