SHAH ALAM: The chief executive officer of the Kesas highway concessionaire was charged with three counts of accepting bribes amounting to RM491,000 as inducement for two companies to be appointed as consultants.
Kesas Sdn Bhd CEO Ahmad Kamaruzaman Abdullah pleaded not guilty before Judge Suraya Othman after the charges were read out to him at the Sessions Court here yesterday.
