PENANG: Among the more than 50,000 people expected to show up at Gurney Drive to usher in the New Year will be 2,000 having a real bash at a big batik sarong party.
Organised by CreatiVision D.C. Sdn Bhd and endorsed by Tourism Penang, the countdown party will also see 10 models from Velvet Productions parading in contemporary sarong and beachwear creations by Khan & Sons Sdn Bhd.
