MIRI: A self-employed man from Kedah who claimed that he was under “divine instructions” to murder the chief imam of Miri two years ago was sentenced to death yesterday.
The High Court found Ibrahim Mohamed, 38, who worked part-time as a hawker here, guilty of killing Haji Mohd Ikhsan Mustapha, 46, at Masjid At-Taqwa.
