Former MPAJ enforcement chief ordered to make defence on 24 graft charges


SHAH ALAM: Former Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) enforcement chief Kapt (Rtd) Abdul Kudus Ahmad has been ordered to make his defence against 24 charges of accepting bribes totalling RM59, 000. 

Sessions Court judge Nor Afizah Hanum Mokhtar set Jan 16 to Jan 20 next year for his trial, saying that the prosecution had proven a prima facie case against him on all charges.
