Northern states feeling choked

PENANG: Residents in the northern states woke up to a blanket of thick haze as a change in the wind direction brought joy to the residents of the Klang Valley. 

The winds from the south and south-east had shifted hazy conditions from the Klang Valley to Perak, Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Kelantan and Terengganu.
