PETALING JAYA: National service (NS) trainees could be taught to handle firearms as part of their training, Deputy Defence Minister Datuk Zainal Abidin Zin said.
A study on the matter was being conducted by the NS Training Department and would soon be submitted to the Defence Ministry, he said.
