SHAH ALAM: The culture of innovation is still undeveloped in Malaysia and this could have negative consequences in the future, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said.
“Our businesses suffer from a lack of investment in research and development, in long-term strategic planning and foresight studies, in business intelligence gathering and exposure to cutting-edge technologies,” he said.
