KUALA LUMPUR: Major floods in Kelantan have caused the National Service (NS) Training Department to postpone the movements of trainees to camps in the state or from pick up points there.
A statement from NS training department said the following categories of trainees, due to leave for camps today and tomorrow, would instead leave on Dec 19:
