BUILDING commissioners will be elected to mediate disputes between owners of apartments and condominiums and developers under a proposed Common Property Management Bill.
Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting said at Parliament lobby yesterday that the Bill, which was being finalised, is set to be tabled in the next Parliament meeting.
