KOTA KINABALU: A Commissioner for Oaths and a couple working in a government department were arrested for alleged involvement in two land scams totalling some RM2.3mil.
State CID chief Senior Asst Comm II Bakri Zinin said the commissioner, 46-year-old department driver and his 43-year-old wife, a clerical assistant, were detained at the Sabah police headquarters on Wednesday.
