KAMPAR: Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman’s (Utar) permanent campus will have an architectural design that will ensure it will not go out of style in the next 10 years.
Designed by Architectural Projects Team Sdn Bhd, the five buildings under Phase 1A of the massive project will each have open-air courtyards located at its centre.
