SEPANG: Touting will be illegal once the necessary amendments are made to the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board Act.
Touts, especially those operating out of the KL International Airport, could then be prosecuted, said Entrepreneurial and Co-operative Development Minister Datuk Mohamed Khaled Nordin yesterday.
