SHAH ALAM: Parties in the Canny Ong murder case will make closing submissions today at the end of a trial-within-a-trial to determine the admissibility of a confession made by the accused.
Lead counsel Haniff Khatri Abdulla and DPP Salehuddin Saidin will make the submissions after the defence and the prosecution’s rebuttal cases were closed yesterday.
