KUALA LUMPUR: The diplomatic corps here is undergoing a “minor reshuffle,” with several new heads of mission taking up posts and a new head leading them.
The Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Kenyan High Commissioner James K. Karuga, is leaving next week following a six-year stint here.
