KUALA LUMPUR: PAS has expressed conflicting views on its position on Islam and the setting up of an Islamic state.
Interviewed in the British Broadcasting Corporation programme Hardtalk, party vice-president Datuk Mustafa Ali told the worldwide audience that an Islamic state was not an objective in the party’s constitution.
