SEREMBAN: The rape trial of a 41-year-old lecturer at a Sessions Court here was postponed as the maid had returned to Indonesia.
Prosecuting officer Asst Supt A. Munusamy sought a new date for the trial because the 30-year-old alleged victim had to go home as her working permit had expired.
