PUTRAJAYA: The Government has proposed that the minimum retrenchment and lay-off benefits be increased as the current rates are too low.
Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr Fong Chan Onn said representatives of the National Labour Advisory Council had agreed to consider the proposal.
