KOTA BARU: Kelantan's Tengku Bendahara, Tengku Muhammad Faiz Petra ibni Sultan Ismail Petra and Tengku Temenggong, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra ibni Sultan Ismail Petra head the list of 348 people who will receive various state awards in conjunction with the Sultan of Kelantan’s 53rd birthday today.
The two princes will receive the Darjah Kerabat Yang Amat Dihormati (DK) in an investiture ceremony at the Istana Balai Besar here.
